How to view & respond to reviews

Reviews are a great way to engage with customers and build a reputation across business transactions. To help you manage your brand identity, Synup’s Reputation Management enables you to monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across platforms in real-time.

Monitoring your business interactions

All the reviews that you receive for your business locations are displayed under Reviews ->All reviews -> View and Respond to Reviews.

 

The Review Overview card at the top displays a quick summary of your business interactions from across platforms for a single Location:

 

 The above review cards give you a quick insight into the:

  • The number of reviews received
  • The average rating
  • The number of positive reviews received
  • The number of negative reviews received

All reviews received for this Location are displayed in individual review cards listed. You can customize your view using a filter and sort options to display reviews from a particular period, type, or review source.

Managing your Business Reviews

You respond to reviews individually or use review response templates for quick responses.

To respond to individual reviews: Use the Universal Search bar to choose a location you want to manage.

Scroll to a review and click on Respond.


Type your response directly in the text box and click Send to post your response.


You can also respond to reviews using review templates or use wildcards to personalize a response.

Alternatively, you can use AI-generated responses to reply to reviews in one click.
Scroll to a review and click on Generate AI Response. Review the auto generated response in the text box and click Send to post your response.
