For every campaign you create to acquire reviews via our Review Acquisition module, Synup will send you two emails to keep you up-to-date on the impact of your efforts.
- Notification email: The first email is a notification that will be sent to you as soon as your SMS/Email review acquisition campaign is published.
- Campaign Summary email: After all emails/SMSes, including follow-ups, have been sent, you will receive a report from Synup which gives you a quick overview of the campaign’s performance, the reviews you have received, and its impact.
Note: Only the person setting up the campaign will receive these notification emails.
Let’s discuss each of these emails in order.
Notification Email:
As soon as you’ve set up and published your review acquisition campaign, you’ll receive an email from Synup notifying you that your campaign is live.
If a campaign is scheduled and not published immediately, then Synup will send you this notification email once the campaign goes live at the scheduled time.
Campaign Summary Email:
A campaign summary email will be sent to you one week after all the scheduled emails and SMSes, including follow-ups, for the review acquisition campaign have been dispatched to the recipients you specified. This summary report will collate the following metrics for you:
- Number of contacts reached out to
- Number of emails/SMSes sent
- Number of Reviews received
- Open / Click Rate
This email will also give you the option to download a more comprehensive report in the form of PDF. The PDF report will collate the following metrics for you:
- Meta details about the review acquisition campaign such as creator, subject, sent from email ID, etc.
- Number of contacts reached out to
- Number of emails/messages sent
- Number of reviews received
- Click-through rate
- Number of unsubscribes
- Open / Click Rate graphs
- Summary of delivery errors, if any
- List of reviews received, if applicable
Note: Instead of downloading a PDF report, you can also view the metrics directly within Synup by clicking on “View Report” from the email you receive.
