What are the standard SMS credit charges

The cost to send one SMS varies by country. You can send out SMS’ for your Review Campaigns using the SMS credits. 

The number of credits used to send a single message may differ depending on Local Networks.

The table below lists the countries to which you can send SMS Campaigns, along with indicative credit costs of sending a single SMS to each country.

Note: 1 SMS credit = $0.02 (2cents)

For Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, and Chile, please note the following:

1. The phone numbers being added should not have a country code. It should simply be the phone number.
2. The system will add the country code from the location. If the location belongs to Mexico, the phone numbers should also belong to Mexico. We cannot add a number from Spain for a location belonging to Mexico.
